Hotel conveniently located near downtown Bogota. We appreciated the proximity to shops, restaurants, and the Transmilenio bus station. The staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. Despite a minor hiccup with the wakeup call, we still had a pleasant experience. a recommended hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown Bogota, making it easy to access and explore the city. There are also a variety of small shops, restaurants, and a bus station nearby, providing plenty of options for food and transportation. the staff were quite helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with anything we needed.
We had a bit of trouble with the wakeup call service. Despite requesting a call for 4:45 am, we did not receive a call and the receptionist who was supposed to assist us appeared to be sleeping when we went down to the lobby.

This hotel has a great location for those needing to be near the airport, being incredibly close to it. there are plenty of small shops and restaurants in the vicinity, as well as bus routes, making it easy to travel around. The staff are helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout.
One downside is that there have been reports of an unreliable early morning wake up call service, which can cause inconvenience for those needing to leave early.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was very near to the airport, and there were bus routes and a bus station for Transmilenio in the vicinity. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Also, the staff was quite helpful and friendly.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was a good choice. The location was ideal for exploring the city, with plenty of small shops and restaurants nearby. We were also just a short distance from a bus station which made getting around really convenient. The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, the hotel offered great food and comfortable rooms that had everything we needed.
Despite the overall positive experience, we did have one problem. We had an early morning flight from the city and requested a wake-up call at 4:45am, which was not executed as the receptionist was asleep when we went down to check out.
